Following team training on AI’s role in communications, we’ve been exploring how this evolving technology can support and enhance our work. And while the tech is impressive, our approach remains rooted in something more essential: people. We believe AI is here to amplify – not replace – the creative, strategic, and relational strengths that define PR.

This blog marks the start of a new content series, where we’ll share how we’re using AI to unlock value for our clients, streamline our operations, and stay ahead of the curve. But before we get to that, here’s the bigger picture.

 

Why AI… and why now?

The pace of change in AI is astonishing, and while the temptation might be to wait until things “settle,” we know the time to act is now. But action doesn’t mean rushing in blindly. At Whistle, we’ve taken a measured and ethical approach to integrating AI into our work. We’re experimenting, learning, and building our confidence, ensuring that every use of AI adds worth, not just novelty.

From boosting creativity to accelerating insights and removing friction from day-to-day admin, we’re already seeing the benefits. And, just as importantly, so are our clients. Our output is adding much more value whilst remaining thoughtful, bespoke, and backed by human insight.
